Peace-Love-Ponies (PLP) combines the use of yoga and mindfulness strategies for self-examination and anxiety reduction prior to participation in a guided equine assisted activity. Interactions with our horses offers an opportunity to use mindfulness strategies to decrease stress and anxiety which can be practiced in real-life situations. Our goal is to help participants find empowerment from within.  

Each Session has Three 30-Minute Segments
The first segment is a basic flow yoga practice. Through yoga postures, deep breathing, and meditation, participants may reflect inwardly to discover a balance between mind and body.

The equine assisted activity session may be on or off the horse. Through interactions with our horses, participants will experience the strength of their spirit, the power of their body language, and a deeper understanding of mindfulness practices for stress and anxiety reduction.     

The third segment allows the opportunity to process and summarize the experience and discover ways to apply these techniques in daily life.
